NATASHA GANEM, PH.D.

Dr. Ganem is founder and director of Lion Leadership, an executive education and coaching company that helps CEOs build and configure best-in-class leadership teams. Boasting 20+ trainers, facilitators, coaches, and keynote speakers on the Lion Leadership bench, Natasha and her team spend their days designing and delivering custom coaching programs, management training, and off-site retreats for people-leaders in creative, fast-growing companies.

Before starting Lion Leadership, Natasha spent 7 years in the Department of Organizational Effectiveness at the Savannah College of Art and Design where she gained certifications and tactical experience in arranging consensus, strategy, and assessment protocols. She also spent 7 years as an award-winning faculty member at the University of Georgia, teaching courses in her academic specialty areas of emotion management, workplace authority, and conflict resolution. She is a recognized thought-leader in the field of leadership science with publications in Forbes, Entrepreneur, Fast Company, and many academic journals.

Today, Natasha continues to teach, yet primarily in the space of executive development and leadership communication both in-house and at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School for Fortune 500 brands such as Lowes, GPC, Mercedes-Benz, Spanx, Purchasing Power, Nielsen, and Weyerhaeuser.

If you want to strike up a conversation with her, ask Natasha about her three amazing kids, what her completion time was on the NYT mini-crossword that morning, or about any people-issue that is giving you heartburn at work. These are her favorite things to talk about. She also really appreciates a funny work-related reel from social media if you are willing to share!

Dr. Ganem has a Ph.D. in Sociology from Emory University. She regularly serves non-profit organizations in her community and is a committed member of Athens Church in Athens, Georgia.
