Coaching is 1:1 and ongoing, shaped by what's in front of you that month — not a curriculum decided in advance. Sessions are direct and grounded in behavioral science. Nothing performative.

Dr. Natasha Ganem is the founder of Lion Leadership and holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from Emory University. With 15+ years designing and delivering leadership development for executives at Fortune 500 enterprises and high-growth companies, Natasha works end-to-end — from architecture through execution — until the work actually takes root.

Creator of the Agentic Leadership Framework and the ALA — the first psychometrically validated 360 built for AI-era leadership development — Natasha is also Affiliate Faculty at Emory University's Goizueta Business School. Her work has appeared in Forbes, Entrepreneur, and Fast Company.
