1. Who We Are & What This Covers
Lion Leadership, LLC (“Lion Leadership,” “we,” “us”) is an executive coaching and leadership development firm. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information you share with us through this website (lionleadership.com — the “Site”).
This policy covers the Site only. If you become a client, the personal information involved in our actual coaching and consulting work is governed by your Client Services Agreement, not this policy. Think of it as two doors: this one is the website; that one is the client relationship.
2. What We Collect
We only ask for what we need. Depending on how you use the Site, that may include:
- Information you give us directly — like your name, email, and anything you write when you fill out a contact form or reach out to us.
- The email you share to use our pricing estimator — so we can send you your estimate and follow up once.
- Your email if you sign up for blog or podcast updates (if offered).
- Information collected automatically — basic technical data like your IP address, browser type, and how you move through the Site. This is standard for almost any website and helps us keep it working and understand general usage.
3. How We Use It
We use your information to respond to you and answer your questions, send you what you asked for, and keep the Site running, secure, and improving. A few specifics that matter to us:
- The pricing estimator follow-up is a one-time thing. If you share your email to get an estimate, we’ll send the estimate and follow up once. After that, we won’t keep emailing you unless you ask us to.
- Blog and podcast updates are ongoing — because you opted in — and you can unsubscribe anytime.
- We don’t make automated decisions about you, and we don’t build advertising profiles. That’s just not how we work.
4. When We Share It
We do not sell your personal information. Ever. We share it only in a few limited, ordinary situations:
- With service providers who help us run the Site and our business — for example, email, hosting, or analytics tools — and only so they can do that work for us. (We’ll name our specific providers here once our Site setup is finalized.)
- When the law requires it, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of people, including you and us.
- If our business changes hands — for example, a merger or sale — your information may transfer as part of that, and we’ll let you know.

6. Your Privacy Rights
Everyone who uses our Site — wherever you live — can ask us to see the personal information we have about you, correct it, delete it, or opt out of marketing emails. Just email us at info@lionleadership.com and we’ll take care of it.
Some states give their residents specific privacy rights — California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and Virginia among them. We honor those rights. That said, because we don’t sell your information or run targeted advertising, several of the rights those laws focus on simply don’t come into play here.
If you’re visiting from outside the United States, welcome — please know the Site is operated from the U.S., and your information is handled here under U.S. law.
7. How We Protect It & How Long We Keep It
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or method of transmission is ever 100% secure — so anything you share, you share at your own risk. We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purpose you gave it to us, or as the law requires — and we’ll delete it on request.
Please don’t send us sensitive information — health, financial, or other private details — through the Site. The Site isn’t the place for it.
8. Children, Changes & Contact
The Site isn’t directed to children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. We may update this policy as things evolve; when we do, we’ll post the new version here with an updated “Last updated” date.
