With 15+ years designing and delivering leadership development at Fortune 500 enterprises and high-growth companies, she works end-to-end — from architecture through execution — at the senior level where most programs stall.
Creator of the Agentic Leadership Framework and the ALA — the first psychometrically validated 360 purpose-built for AI-era leadership development — Natasha is Affiliate Faculty at Emory's Goizueta Business School.
