Business Owners · Renovate Consulting

You built a business.
Now you're running an organization.
Those are different jobs.

Lion Leadership works with founders and owner-operators who are good at what they do — and are now navigating the part no one prepared them for: leading the people who make it all run.

Who This Is For

You didn't set out to be a CEO. You set out to build something — and it worked.

Now you're managing fifty, a hundred, two hundred people, and the craft that got you here is no longer the whole job. The weight of that is real. Every decision you make lands on someone's livelihood. The culture runs on your energy because you haven't built it to run without you yet.

You have a leadership team, but you're not sure they're fully in it together.

And there are skills you know you're supposed to have — meetings that should run better, accountability that should stick, a strategy that should be clearer — that you haven't had a safe place or enough time to actually develop.

Lion Leadership works alongside founders and owner-operators who are in the middle of that gap. Not because they're failing — often the opposite. Because growth without the right leadership infrastructure eventually breaks the thing you built.

We don't start with a program. We start with a diagnosis.

STEP 01

Read the situation

Before anything else, we get a clear picture of where you are: the business, the team, and the specific friction points that are costing you. Not a framework applied from the outside — a real read of what's actually happening.

STEP 02

Work what's live

Engagements run alongside your real work, not on top of it. Sessions are calibrated to what's on your desk that month — part coaching, part consulting, nothing performative and no assignments you'll quietly skip.

STEP 03

Stay until it holds

The work continues until the change shows up in behavior — in the actual context of your business, your team, and your relationships. We don't hand you a plan and disappear.

What Changes

What changes for the business.

A team that runs without you.

The shift from being the bottleneck — the person every decision routes through — to an organization that holds when you step back. Accountability that sticks because the structure supports it, not because you're chasing it.

Clarity on what's actually breaking.

An honest, data-grounded read of where the friction really lives — the people dynamics, the habits, the decisions quietly costing you time and money. Specific to your business and your team, not a generic playbook.

A shorter loop.

Less time between sensing something's off and knowing what to do about it. The judgment to move on a people problem before it becomes a turnover problem.

About Natasha

15+ years designing leadership development for founders who are serious about it.

Dr. Natasha Ganem is the founder of Lion Leadership and holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from Emory University. She has spent 15+ years designing and delivering leadership development for executives at Fortune 500 enterprises and high-growth companies — working end-to-end from architecture through execution, until the work actually takes root.

As a founder herself, Natasha understands the specific texture of the business owner's leadership challenge — the people problems that don't come with a manual, the team that got you here that may not get you there, and the weight of knowing that your decisions affect everyone's livelihood. Her work with founder-led and owner-operated companies is grounded in behavioral science and direct enough to not waste your time.

Creator of the Agentic Leadership Framework and the ALA — the first psychometrically validated 360 built for AI-era leadership development — Natasha is Affiliate Faculty at Emory University's Goizueta Business School. Her work has appeared in Forbes, Entrepreneur, and Fast Company.
